                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   RIGHT-OF-WAY AND CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FROM
                   TINA KEETON AND JACKIE LAMAR JOHNSON,
                   RELATIVE TO THE GUNBARREL ROAD WIDENING
                   PROJECT, TRACT NO. 61, FOR A CONSIDERATION
                   OF TWO THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY
                   DOLLARS ($2,880.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a right-of-way and construction easement from Tina
       Keeton and Jackie Lamar Johnson, relative to the Gunbarrel Road
       Widening Project, Tract No. 61, for a consideration of $2,880.00.
